Demons Will Bring Us Together

Proteque is a one man project from the Norwegian artist Gjøran Sæther. He was born in 1982 and lives in Molde, Norway. Proteque (Gjøran Sæther) is a Norwegian artist that among other things uses music and soundscape to express his art. When he does, it's mostly through old synthesizers in a style close to ambient industrial mixed together with metal and noise elements. One of the signature processes in Proteques music is the use of reverbs from old shut down places like hospitals and fortresses. According to the artist himself (on his homepage) this is to set the same mood as he gets in the the rooms in the sound of his albums. Read more on Last.fm.
