River was born in Barrancabermeja, Colombia, to a Colombian mother and a French father. The family immigrated to France when River was 2 months old.[1] He has resided in Annecy.[2] He first discovered beatboxing at 12 years old after his friend showed him a video of Alem battling Skiller at the 3rd Beatbox Battle World Championship.
