Today RANDONE is the prog band's project formerly thought during the soloist activity of the leader Nicola Randone. Such us the first experiment with Grey Owl and Lorien and, straight afterwards, the taking part in the finnish project KALEVALA with Tempore, Nicola feels stronger the need to start a band with a solid line-up and a common progressive identity. The band wheels around its own founders: Nicola Randone and Riccardo Cascone, this one present since the first Nicola's musical experiences. The experience with Lorien had already taken into RANDONE's band the guitarist Marco Crispi and today, with the last album Ricordo, the line-up's completed by the entry of the bass player Livio Rabito. Always friends, the four guys arrange together the songs, going beyond the stereotype of the soloist accompanied, from time to time, by different shift workers. RANDONE's band is produced by Electromantic Music, a Torinese indipendent label led by Beppe Crovella - the ARTI E MESTIERI keyboard player - and it appears in the record company's catalogue together with bands like: CASTELLO DI ATLANTE, ARTI E MESTIERI, CANTINA SOCIALE, Furio Chirico, Ossi Duri and many others.
