Epiphany: The Best of Chaka Khan
"Tell Me Something Good" is a song by Rufus and Chaka Khan, written by Stevie Wonder and released in 1974. The single was a hit, peaking at number three on the Billboard Hot 100, although it didn't chart in the United Kingdom. The single was amongst the earliest hits to use the guitar talk box. The song has been described as having ".. rude metallaic guitar" (by Al Ciner) and ".. a beautiful bass, clav and heavy breathing groove." The song can be difficult to count as there is an off-count into the verse. Read more on Last.fm.
RÜFÜS (now known as RÜFÜS DU SOL) are Jon George, Tyrone Lindqvist and James Hunt from Sydney, Australia. From across a vast galaxy of musical taste, these three young vagabonds with Scandinavian roots have collided to form a dancefolkpopindielectronica silenced explosion. Their healthy combination of live instruments and electronic production ignite - forming moments of dance floor euphoria, stomping vocal driven breakdowns and roaming lo-fi grooves. After an extremely successful debut EP release at the start of 2011 and a thumping live show doing the rounds in Ol' Sydney town, RÜFÜS are poised for a very big year! https://root.theworkpc.com/music/preview?img=http://www.triplejunearthed.com/RUFUS Read more on Last.fm.
