SALQIU is a Portuguese solo project labeled as: Atmospheric Experimental Blackened Death Metal. It has started in 2016 and it counts, to date, with 2 albums and a 3 track EP. The first album To Whom it Serves the Triumphant Destiny has 2 versions, one self-released in CD in 2016 and the second released in tape by Tenebrae Sumus Records in 2017. Also in 2017, the second album Is God in the Questions? Is the Devil in the Answers? was released in digital format only. In 2018, the EP Lost was released. In October 2018, the third full lenght The Blackness Within was released. It shows a more mature take on blackened death while still keeping a high dose of experimentation. In 2019, the 2 track EP Oranssi Mies was released and will be shortly followed by the strange bi-polar 4th album Invisible Music for the Unseen. All music is available for buy at Bandcamp, under the name SALQIU, but also already available for streaming in all platforms out there. Read more on Last.fm.
