SHWR (formerly known as John Shower Band) is a prominent Lithuanian alternative music group formed in 2018. They are known for their sophisticated blend of jazz, hip-hop, and alternative rock. Most members have academic musical backgrounds, allowing them to experiment with complex rhythms and genre-bending arrangements. Their music often oscillates between high-energy rock and atmospheric, jazzy grooves. They gained significant national attention in 2024 and 2026, finishing 2nd both times in Lithuanian Eurovision selection (Eurovizija.LT) with their soul-stirring ballad Impossible in 2024 and again in 2026 with the track Contact!.
