Led by front man, Kris Dueck, STERR has entered the mainstream with a flare that's all their own. Since winning CAMEO's (The Canadian Association for Musical Empowerment and Opportunity) award for Best Band in 2004, STERR has been keeping very busy. After opening for bands like Jefferson Starship, Blue Oyster Cult, Kutless, and Hedley, the boys are ready to make 2007 the year they put their mark on the music industry. STERR teamed up with Ryan McCallister (Ex-Frontman of Maverick Record's Dakona) to engineer and produce their upcoming full length album. Once tracking was complete, STERR got in touch with Randy Staub (Metallica, Our Lady Peace, Avril Lavigne) who found the time to mix. The album is a perfect example of what STERR is capable of and shows promise of much more to come. The album swells from hard and driving to nostalgic reflections on life and love. With a debut music video to come and plans for a Canadian tour, STERR is excited to share their music with the world.
