A fast growing name in the underground circuit, SigNachure is becoming the go-to guy for creative lyricism and an unorthodox delivery and flow unlike any other artist. Born Tavian Edwards, the rapper/song writer/producer, he attributes his musical upbringing to his late mother, Tina Marie Edwards' wishes, to graduate and do what you love. Constantly traveling with his parents state to state with their gospel quartet, he strived to locate his purpose in the group but fell short each try. He stumbled over a hip-hop album by Outkast titled Aquemini and discovered an entirely new form of music. He continued to sneak in secular albums ranging from Ludacris and Tupac to Eminem and A Tribe Called Quest, respecting almost any and everyone who could turn life into lyrics. Years later he took to the microphone to make the same respected music as the ones to come before him. Putting lyricism before bling he promised to never get complacent and settle for the fame. Every real lyricist works to be a great artist praying for longevity. He also promises to never curse in his verses in respect of his family's image in the church, but still not bearing any comparison to Will Smith or Christian rappers; he still delivers uncensored topics and dialogue. Born and raised in Greenville, North Carolina, he took a break from college to pursue music. He currently has released The Retaliation Mixtape and humorously titled, I Hate SigNachure Vol. 1, already gaining commercial success and creating a larger buzz. He is also currently working with artists on his self-owned imprint XoneOut Entertainment, while finalizing his debut album Sign Here and multiple mix tapes. Not intimidated to work with anyone regardless of their preference of music, he stands determined to be considered as one of the best and refuses to be trapped in a classification, forever growing in his craft. XoneOut's a movement and SigNachure is the catalyst. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
