So.Lo is the stage name of Federico Puttilli, a lo-fi beats producer hailing from Turin, Northern Italy. With a background as a touring and session guitar player spanning the last decade, So.Lo's music draws inspiration from neo soul licks, boom bap beats, and lo-fi rustle. His musical journey began with the release of his debut single Morning on July 14, 2020. Since then, he has been steadily building his discography with multiple single releases in 2020 and 2021. On July 14, 2021, So.Lo collaborated with Pelicano to release the EP Humano. Continuing his prolific output, So.Lo released several singles and ventured into more collaborative projects. On July 11, 2022, he dropped the collaborative EP QuietPath, a joint effort with Goson and Mondo Loops, through Lofi Records. This was followed by another collaborative EP titled In Sounds with Goson, released on July 20, 2022 via Stereofox. Not slowing down, So.Lo's next collaborative endeavor was the EP Beyond the Bookends in partnership with Dosi. This EP was released on June 16, 2023, and it marks another significant addition to his musical repertoire, this time released through Calm Beats. Read more on Last.fm.
