There is more than one artist with the name Splurge: 1. Splurge is an American rapper based in Texas. The 17-year-old rapper creates muddy, violent trap music, often with very skeletal production and Splurge's leaned Southern Flow. His track Intro Part 2 has earned him over 5 million views on YouTube. 2. Splurge was a DIY punk band from Long Island on Traffic Violation Records in the late 1990s/ early 2000s. They released a split CD with Contra as well as two 7 inches, Tales of the Generation Me and Exit/Stretch. They also released a split 7 inch with Striped Basstards and appeared on the Traffic Violation Records 6 band 7 inch as well as numerous compilations. Their first two 7 inches were re-released as a limited double 7 inch called Please Bring the Cider 3. Splurge is an indie rock band from Australia, who have released three albums Splurge (1999), Heavy Weather (Laughing Outlaw 2002) and The Cure For The Cure (Popboomerang Records 2007).
