Talasi was an ex Yugoslavian (Croatian) amateur band formed in 1979. Talasi performed very wide musical spectra from ex Yu rock, folk to foreign rock music. The original band members were Ivan Hrastić (keyboards), Zlatko Hrastić (drums), Nikola Gazda (rhythm/solo guitar) and Dragan Samardžija (bass guitar). A few other members played with Talasi during years because of millitary service of some members and some private reasons. In 1991. during the war between Croatia and Serbia Talasi changed their name into Duga. In 1990's Nikola Gazda and Dragan Samardžija quit playing with Duga and Josip Hrastić (bass guitar) joined them as a replacement and they play in that setup even today. Read more on Last.fm.
