You Got Me - Single
You Got Me is a nu-disco track by USAO released as a "collaboration" between his normal artist name and his alias "Shandy Kubota." The artist credit "USAO & Shandy Kubota" is typically used for USAO's house releases on HARDCORE TANO*C's IRREGULAR NATION compilation album series, contrasting with USAO's frenchcore and hardstyle, as well as with Shandy Kubota's dubstep. You Got Me was released as a teaser single for IRREGULAR NATION 7 on April 20, 2021 before the album's full release on April 25, 2021. Read more on Last.fm.
USAO began producing hardcore techno as a member of Hardcore TANO*C in 2006, first appearing on the album TANO*C COREnival. For the first three years, the majority of music was frenchcore or tribecore. In 2007, he set up his own label, UOM Records, and released his first album, Kick's For Liberation on it in 2009. At this time he began to change his style and produced more hardstyle and jumpstyle. He also began producing different styles under the aliases DJ Shandy Kubota and DJ名無し, often remixing works he released under his original name. He is also a member of SHOT BASS IDIOTS. USAO returned to primarily producing frenchcore by 2015, frequently incoporating elements of dubstep and twerk music. Read more on Last.fm.
