Ugasanie (from Russian translates as ” extinction ” or ” fading ” ) was born in autumn 2010 by Pavel Malyshkin. The name Ugasanie was once used in his band that played somber psychedelic garage rock and is also associated with the term ” nirvana ” in Buddhism. He also played in various bands , mainly on bass guitar. Dark ambient recording started in 2010, at first the music was conceived simply as a background for poems. Since then , he spent six months in the Arctic Circle on the Yamal Peninsula , the dominant theme of the music become the north. Polar night , endless expanses of … One of the albums recorded there.
