UNIS (Hangul: 유니스; Katakana: ユニス; also stylized as U&iS) is an eight-member project girl group under FNF Entertainment. They were formed through the SBS reality show UNIVERSE TICKET. The group is composed of: HYEONJU (진현주), NANA (나나), GEHLEE (젤리 당카), KOTOKO (코토코), YUNHA (방윤하), ELISIA (엘리시아), YOONA (오윤아), and SEOWON (임서원). They made their debut on March 27, 2024 with the mini album We UNIS. Their fandom name is:EverAfter (에버애프터) The group's name is an abbreviation of the phrase U&I Story, as well as UNiverse Is Started, which refers to the group's desire to continue a story of achieving their dreams that started in Universe Ticket. On January 18, 2024, it was reported that UNIS will be debuting sometime in March.[8] On February 29, F&F Entertainment confirmed that UNIS will be making their debut on March 27.[9] On March 7, the group released a promotion scheduler for their debut mini album We UNIS.[10] On July 12, it was announced that the group will make their first-ever comeback with their first single album Curious on August 6. On March 6, 2025, F&F Entertainment announced that UNIS will be releasing a new album in April.
