Formed Around '98-'99 in Delcevo, R.Macedonia. Plays metal. Started around 2000 recorded a demo with ten songs and wasted a lot of time :-)).On purpose:-)). The demo was released in sept.2003. Verka had a lot of gigs throughout Macedonia and the neighboring countries, they were support band for Soulfly in Skopje (c.c of Macedonia) -2003; played with Laibach in Skopje-2001; won а Rock Fest Contest 2001 for demo bands in Macedonia. In other words: Zoran plays the guitar; Brane- percussions; Nikola-sings and makes the bass sing ;) Vlatko- bangs the drums; The very essence of our music derives from Macedonian rich musical- cultural heritage. They are inspired by the rhythms and the sounds that Alexander The Great's army was using during battles and they sing in Macedonian language, as well as in English in their older songs.
