Vindensång is an American ambient band with strong ties to the post-rock, experimental rock and heavy metal genres. The band formed in 2005 in Downingtown, Pennslyvania, USA. They have become known for their conceptual, genre-bending music and for creating atmosphere in sound. Since their formation, they have released one demo, one EP, and one full-length album, Terminus: Rebirth in Eight Parts in 2008, and their newest full-length album, Alpha, February, 2014.
