There are multiple artists with the name yuni. 1) YuNi is a female Japanese virtual singer and YouTuber. She was affiliated with the virtual talent support project upd8 from its inception in 2018 until it announced its dissolution by the end of 2020. On August 14, 2020, it was announced that she had left upd8 and would be signing with the major record label TOY'S COMPANY. YuNi's YouTube channel opened on May 14, 2018 and she debuted a month later with a self-introduction video. On October 26 she launched her personal label yunion.wave with the release of her debut digital single 透明声彩 (Toumei Seisai). Her channel had already reached 200,000 subscribers by December 27.
