There are several artists with the name Yuuyu. 1. Iwai Yukiko (岩井由紀子) was a Japanese pop singer and Onyanko Club member #19. Stage Name: Yuuyu (ゆうゆ) Birthdate: May 26, 1968 (age 46) Birthplace: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture Height: 151cm Weight: 38kg Iwai became the 19th member of Onyanko Club on June 1985 and participate on their first album KICK OFF. Later on, Takai Mamiko and her would go to form the group Ushiroyubi Sasaregumi and released their debut single on October 1985. She become a front vocal for the group's songs after her lead debut on the single Osaki ni Shitsurei. She debuted as a solo singer on April 1987 with the single Tenshi no Bodyguard. When Onyanko Club broke up later that year in August, she changed her name to her nickname, Yuuyu. She released more singles, her own video games, and appeared as regular guests on various TV shows. In 1997, she retired from show business and married a businessman. She participated in the 2002 reunion with other Onyanko Club members. 2. Yuuyu-P (ゆうゆP) is a hit maker with much experience using BMS who has composed original music in multiple genres. In addition, he covers songs and rearranges music by other authors.
