:::::mind.area [m.a] is maikko's (studio)project (*4k71) launched way back in 2004 ::::: ... a relatively fresh and open and unenslaved venture - carrying catchy and balky, awkward and scratchy electronic files - equiped with almost never simple working beats, this endeavor is making and breaking the beat in a complex, very often dark way - it is not only limited on some clichés of E.B.M. or Electro using also Industrial-Noise timbres – it is open for guest musicians/singers – not fixed on one style but stylish and fixing a day for the planned album in 2010 – a playground for experimental song creating and ambitious lyric assimilating activity – using a lyric machine called Caseee, the track structures are extended and amplified onto the human factor of perception – coming to the conclusion: it is worth listening to it – it is what? – m.a – mind accelerating – be prepared.
