sombr (born Shane Boose, July 5, 2005 in New York City), is a singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. Released on June 15, 2022, sombr's first single to blow up was caroline, boasting an upwards of 30 million streams today. Due to his platform on TikTok, he has grown a large attraction of Gen Z fans. He released his first EP, in another life, on September 15, 2023. The EP contains popular songs boosted by his TikToks. This includes ivy, my house is warm, weak, and silhouette.
