PhI (ΦPhI) was formed in 1997 and become a major act signed to PANAM, a sublabel of Nippon Crown, in 1998. PhI is Vocal ISSAY (Der Zibet, Hamlet Machine, Lynx, Issay meets Dolly), Guitar Satoshi Hirose (44Magmum, Gold Rocks, Velvet Spider), Bass HAL (Der Zibet, Pilar Stupa, Sponge), and Drums Minoru Sato (Pilar Stupa). They released their self-titled mini-album "Φ" in 1998, and their first and only full album titled "Naked" in 1999. Read more on Last.fm.
