ひとひら

ひとひら (Hitohira) is a Japanese 4 piece indie rock band from Tokyo with influences from math rock, emo and shoegaze. They formed in 2021. With an emphasis on alternative sounds such as emo, post-rock, and shoegaze, their Japanese-style melody lines and abstract lyrics have captured the hearts of listeners with a wide range of tastes. Their strengths lie in their songs, which make use of twin-lead guitar intertwining and shoegaze-influenced roaring sounds, while never neglecting the vocals. They're influenced by instrumental bands such as さよならポエジー, österreich, penfold, 1inamillion, Tsuzuku (綴), and cetow.
