CLASS:y (Hangul: 클라씨; Katakana: クラッシー; also stylized as 'CLASSy') is a South Korean girl group formed through the MBC reality competition show My Teenage Girl under K Tigers ENC. The group consists of seven members: HYUNGSEO (형서), CHAEWON (채원), HYEJU (혜주), RIWON (리원), JIMIN (지민), BOEUN (보은) and SEONYOU (선유). They officially debuted on May 5, 2022, with the extended play EP "CLASS IS OVER". Group Name Meaning: The name indicates that the members are Classy but also keeps its relation to My Teenage Girl by having a school related theme with the inclusion of CLASS. Their fandom name is:CLIKE:y (클리키). Group History: On May 26, 2022, CLASS:Y released their second series of their debut extended play, "LIVES ACROSS". On May 10, 2022, they announced they will make their Japanese debut with the single "Shut Down -JP Ver.-" on June 22. On September 20, 2022, it was confirmed that CLASS:Y will make a comeback with a new album on October 26, 2022. It was released on October 26, 2022 with the only two tracks, "TICK TICK BOOM" and "ZEALOUS", serving as the album's double title tracks. In November 2022, it was announced Classy would release a Japanese album in January 2023. On December 21, it was announced that CLASS:Y will return with their second Japanese single titled "TARGET" and hold their first fan concert in Japan in February 2023. On February 7, it was announced CLASS:Y would be a contestant in their third survival show, "The Next - Battle of The K-Pop Girl Groups". On May 5, CLASS:y released their second digital single, "My Love", to celebrate the group's first anniversary. On June 14, CLASS:y announced that they will release their first Japanese digital single "Crack-Crack-Crackle" on July 12. On December 20, CLASS:y released their third digital single "Winter Bloom". On September 29, 2024, it was reported that CLASS:y will make a comeback in November. On October 25, a teaser was revealed for their third mini album "LOVE XX", set to be released on November 14. On November 13, 2025, K Tigers ENC announced that they will be managing CLASS:y's activities moving forward after transferring from M25.
