Chirkutt
Chirkutt has been around for a while, but their presence had initially been relatively low-key, and it was not until the release of their debut full-length album "Chirkuttnama" and the slew of live performances that followed that their fan base saw a rapid upsurge in growth. With powerful lyrics, energetic and unique compositions, varied use of eastern and western instruments and musical scales, elements of fusion and folk music, and a very distinct local sound, Chirkutt has managed to entrance audiences from all over the nation, and they have had the honour of working with several international artists as well.
