Compostela
Compostela blends folk musics of Eastern Europe with the tradition of Japanese chindon (street musicians who play at grand openings of supermarkets and pachinko parlors, dressed as geishas and samurai). The late saxophonist Shinoda Masami was one of the first to bring klezmer and Eastern European music to the Japanese audience. Read more on Last.fm.
