Detune

An early home tape project by Scott Hudgins that would morph into ENE in 1990. Detune released 2 full tapes and contributed to several compilations, most notably related to the Eerie Materials label. Detune was a dark, morbid, primitive, four tack, loop based music that took elements of hip hop, early electronic music, swing & dub to twist new narratives through limited equipment and inherent duplication loss.
