Flipzyde

Flipzyde was a nu-metal band from New Jersey that formed in 1998, and disbanded sometime in 2003. Forming from a local community where they all played in different bands, Daryl, Drew, Sami, Joe, and LJ came together to make what we know now as Flipzyde. Releasing their first EP “Got 5s” when they first got together. It was a sloppy mess, but they got their act together for their next EP “F.A.Y.M”. After releasing their third and final EP titled “Evolution” they got ready to release their first album called “Electro.Pop.Metal”. It was a hit locally, and Flipzyde toured New Jersey spreading their sound and bringing bands together in the local music scene. After disbanding, they got together for one last show in 2012 before permanently letting the band rest. Read more on Last.fm.
