Iowatest

I know I'm not supposed to express personal opinions. But, how could I write something about this dope outfit, if I don't. I love the ELECTRO elements of the music. The vocals are AMAZING.I'm sure every DJ/producer in the know has or will think about hiring her for a track, I know I want to. She almost reminds me of Leonie Laws from Breakbeat Era(Roni Size's group), BUT BETTER. The vocals are definetly what's holding the music together. Don't get me wrong, the production is HUGE. As someone who makes DnB and Hip Hop tracks , I just mean the production has a lot of other areas to explore. I think IOWATEST is still finding their sound, just like a lot of other groups. I first heard their stuff on a John B mix about a year ago,I think. It reminded me of Miami right away.I say that because, when I lived down there,I listened to a lot of ELECTRO-INFLUENCED DRUM'N'BASS.So, It made me miss Miami. I logged to LastFM.com to try and buy their music.(IOWATEST). They could go a long way. I just love something about electro, synth leads with GREAT vocals... You can tell IOWATEST really cares about what their doing. They are SUPER TALENTED with so much more to come. keep it up . can't wait to hear more from IOWATEST.... Read more on Last.fm.
