Karneh

Karneh is a one-man band from Turku, Finland, consisting of Tino Jokinen, a multi-intrumentalist who brings the beautiful traditional Finnish folk instruments to modern Nordic folk and dark folk music. Karneh, formerly known as "Marras", was formed in 2020. In 2022, Karneh released his debut album, Tuonela, an innovative rendition of the mysticism and traditions of ancient Finland. Every song is a shamanistic ritual that takes you on a journey through the three layers of our world and is heavily inspired by Finnish mythology, rune-poetry, and the magic of the ancient sorcerers. Tino has made it his life goal to bring ancient poetry and spells of the Finnish people into the ears of modern-time humans. Read more on Last.fm.
