There are at least two different bands called Knave. 1. Knave are a hard rock band from Johannesburg, South Africa. They released their début album, Polarity, in July 2007. Personnel: Christopher Steenkamp (vocals), Jean-Yves Martin (guitar), Louis Du Pisani (bass) and Michael Rorke (drums). 2. Knave was a short-lived mod punk band from London, United Kingdom. They releasedjust two singles: 'Bachelor' b/w 'Candy' (1996) and 'Away' b/w 'If You Don't Love Me' (1997), both on Detour Records.
