Luttenberger*Klug

Luttenberger*Klug is a duo of the two young Austrian girls from Styria: Chrissi Klug and Michelle Luttenberger. Their first single, "Super Sommer", had much less success than their later single, "Vergiss mich" which also came with their debut album, "Mach dich bereit". "Mach dich bereit" has been available worldwide since 2 March 2007. Their latest album, "Mädchen im Regen", was released in Europe late 2008 with much waited enthusiasm and had a worldwide release in 2009 as its popularity soared in English speaking countries. The music is known under the genre of Pop Rock as it utilizes catchy pop style lyrics as well as a rock style type of music although notably more mellow than the traditional style. It could also be tagged as Austropop, a musical movement in which artists merged pop and rock together. It's not a traditional or specific style of music but rather a trademark of its origin which is believed to have started around 1971. Read more on Last.fm.
