Munju

One could say that Munju was one of the most outstanding German Bands from 1976 to 1986. Munju from Würzburg was german kraut-jazz-rock and played originals only. Their name is a portmanteau of Muntere Jungs (german for cheerful lads). They were part of the independent musicians owned record label & distribution Schneeball together with Embryo, Missus Beastly, Ton Steine Scherben and some more.
