Left, Right, & Center is a weekly half-hour public radio program that provides a "civilized yet provocative antidote to the screaming talking heads that dominate political debate". The show's regular co-hosts are: Matthew Miller senior fellow at the Center for American Progress representing the Center, and moderator; Robert Scheer, editor-in-chief of Truthdig, representing the Left; Tony Blankley, editorial page editor of the Washington Times representing the Right; Arianna Huffington, Huffington Post publisher, representing the "fourth dimension of political time and space," the independent-progressive blogosphere. The show is recorded each Friday, produced by KCRW in Santa Monica, California,[1] although hosts typically contribute over ISDN telephone lines from wherever they happen to be. After covering the week's events, each host gets a short period of time to "rant" about whatever they like without fear of rebuttal.
