Sacricide

During a cold winter of 2007, in Chicago, Illinois, high school friends Pat O'Hara and Matt Gardner came together about music composed by Pat and lyrics written by Matt. Sacricide was born! Soon after the band was born, problems arose. 5 songs were written and recorded, in crude fashion, in Pat's basement. Matt's vocals remained absent and ultimately, would never see materialization in recorded format. Discouraged, Pat kept the recorded material to himself and the project was put on hold. A few years after the birth of Sacricide, talks with various friends about reviving the band began, but never came to fruition, and the material stayed unchanged and unreleased. In 2011, Pat began to discuss Sacricide with fellow metal heads, as well as undergo a change in musical direction. In the near future, a fresh lineup with fresh ideas will be set and Sacricide will make it's appropriate rise into the Chicago metal scene. Read more on Last.fm.
