Spaseboy

SPASEBOY is Jesse Allen Suslov born on veterans day to Victoria Lynn in Bucharest,Romania. When Jesse was still very young his family moved to the U.S. to carry out a long overdue plan for a better life. He grew up in the suburbs of Minneapolis,MN in the Midwest where he taught himself to play guitar upside down/backwards. SPASEBOY wrote songs and fronted a melodic punk trio in Minneapolis called FEELICKS for 6 years starting when he was just 14 years old. He moved to Los Angeles, CA and survived everything from living on the streets, and sleeping in parks to attempted murder. Most people would never fathom what he has lived and somehow survived. He made an art out of it. SPASEBOY has 3 albums that have been self made and self released and most of the material has been lost along the path… the titles of the albums were: 1. Diary of a Streetkid 2. Eleven; Cometary Knots Around a Dying Star 3. 3Thirty3 4. CEREMONY is the life after death album. The Phoenix risen from the ashes. The celebration of life and the humble appreciation of the up's and down's. SPASEBOY has a meaningful message to convey to an uneducated society from the other side. THE MESSAGE IS: to know that it's going to be ok to comfort the uncomfortable, to relax the paranoia, to feed the starving, to heal the brokenhearted, to adopt the orphans, to look again, to believe in yourself, to stand firm, to read the heart, to forgive yourself and others, to be proud of whats embarrassing, to see the beauty in all, to give voice to the silent, to be led by the blind, to fight the fear, to see the signs, to lose yourself is to find yourself, to make your mark, to exonerate guilt, to make believe, to end the war, to fight a man 6’7 when you are only 5’5, to make some noise, to take a chance, to follow the gut, to let go of holding on to the thing thats holding you back, to bury what is dead, and to reawaken what was once so alive… Most of all to be yourself and make love to your very own individuality, and equally as important -to be accepting of others individuality and supportive and encourage one another.
