Starslugs

Starslugs comes from Abruzzo (center Italy), and are formed by Danilo Di Feliciantonio, Pierluigi Cacciatore and a Roland tr707. Influenced by punk rock and post-hardcore bands as Big Black, Jesus Lizard, Wire, Rapeman, Shellac, Fugazi, and experimental music, in particular Industrial and ultra-rhytmic artists as Foetus, Cop Shoot Cop, Chrome, Chu Ishikawa, these two men and the android drummer started to play in 2007. They have currently release a free Ep called "Gestal X", followed by "Fist" in 2008. The group is currently working on a first full-lenght work, inspired by cyberpunk aesthetic (P.K. Dick, J.G. Ballard, Stefano Tamburini, Shinya Tsukamoto) that should be released in 2009 if the Earth will not explode first. Read more on Last.fm.
