Sunstone

There are at least two bands with the name Sunstone. 1) In 2003 Sunstone was founded by Kris and Eddy. Before they met Nick and Emil they played with temporary musicians. In October 2005 they finally found the right persons, who wanted to be part of the same dream. After only 20 rehearsals they recorded their first EP "Part I" in 4 days. "We want to reach a deeper point in our music and give the listener a bunch of surprises!" Inspired by bands of progressive music they follow just one rule - to make music without any limits. 2) Sunstone is a four-piece stoner and doom metal band from London. Formed in 2013, the quartet blends thick grooves and pounding Riffs, pulling influences from Kyuss to Electric Wizard and Sleep. Their first demo was released on March 12th 2014 featuring the songs Black Sea Blues and Static Denial. A full EP is on the way – look out for them gigging around London soon.
