YAYAYI
Evan Yi, known professionally as YAYAYI, or ATIVAN COREA, is a mysterious hip-hop producer based in Seoul and Los Angeles. He is known mainly for his work with hip-hop collective H20$$$SPORTS$$$, and his SoundCloud account which was active from 2011-2025. In 2009 he started releasing music under the name Evany, and continued releasing music under the alias up until late 2010. On September 16th, 2011, YAYAYI released the song "[][][][][][][][][][][][][[][][][][][][[][[[][]][[][][][][]][]][][][][][]][][]][][][][][][][][]][]][][][]. PART333% yayayayay original is 333% of this. ya feel me bitch. pornstars gone hate amateurporngodcummingsoonkoreanroomsalon." on a new SoundCloud account, which was the first song released under the YAYAYI name (at the time stylised as "\/ /\ \/ /\ \/ III ///"). The song garnered acclaim on SoundCloud, and it gained him a large following. In 2021, a sample of "\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ 6" off of YAYAYI’s self-titled album went viral on TikTok. However, the track's virality has brought more attention to the person that looped the sample rather than YAYAYI. The track, named "uhh", has over 80 million streams on Spotify. In the H20 discord, he claimed he had attempted to take the song down through legal means, but due to the artist who stole it being based in Russia it ended up going nowhere. Read more on Last.fm.
