Yabgu

Yabgu founded by Mustafa Boz in August 2008. Yabgu means a kind of monarch, high king or other same mean Khan in Old Turkic dynasties. General theme about old Central Asian and early Anatolian Turkish believes and life styles. The band’s language choices are Old Turkic Language, Modern Turkish and English for their works. In 2011, released first EP Uyan. Yabgu took place in many domestic organizations. In the summer of 2013 they released a single named Disobey. This band trying to create an eastern alternative as another western ethnic metal bands. With their own local melodies, instruments and ancient throat singing vocal styles. Read more on Last.fm.
