Paul Harts (May 24, 2001 – January 23, 2021), better known by his stage name 18Veno, was a rapper from Winnsboro, South Carolina. When Veno was 17, he met ​jetsonmade via their mutual collaborator Neeko Baby. Veno later signed to Jetson’s label BoyMeetSpace‎ and released his debut EP, R4Z, on June 28, 2020. On September 23, 2020, Veno followed up with his debut album, PABLO. On January 23, 2021, Veno was shot and killed in Rock Hill, South Carolina at the age of 18.
