aeter drop one

On his website, aeter stated “Hair” is another older one-off track that I decided to throw onto the album, once again produced by Dre. I think it was actually the first song I teased to my listeners after dropping DOAJ then going ghost for a while. A lot of people fucked with it, so I was like, why not add it to Clown? It’s just another hard song—probably the only one that isn’t fully on-theme, since it wasn’t made specifically for the album like the rest. Read more on Last.fm.

Jay Pittman (born March 17, 2007), mainly known as aeter is an 18-year-old artist from Rocky Mount, North Carolina. aeter primarily uploads his music on the music platform SoundCloud, where his songs vary from Plugg to Indie & Alternative/Emo Rock. He is also known to use “Bandlab” to make his music; an amateur DAW that gained most of it’s traction in 2021. aeter’s first track to blow up is titled “friends”, released October 10, 2023. The song blew up due to its catchy chorus and upbeat yet gloomy tone. This became the most popular song on aeter’s SoundCloud page as well as his most streamed on Spotify until he dropped “boyfriend” February 5, 2024 – a song similar to friends that showed just how efficient aeter was in the sound he was doing. Other notable songs aeter released throughout 2023 include “high”, and “why cant i see u”, why cant i see u being the third and final track on aeter’s first ever released tape titled “2007”. These songs are good examples of aeter being able to show off his versatility as both tracks are Rock/Indie Rock songs; a genre not many in the Underground scene can successfully make. Later throughout 2024 as aeter was gaining more and more listeners, he dropped his 5 song tape titled “loser”. This tape did really well as it was a way aeter’s new listeners could really understand how versatile he is and be used to his specific sound. aeter continues to drop music, ranging in different sounds + genres and working with artists like kushbabykeys, yuke, wuu and imsg. He also drops on MANY different accounts, with some being retea, aeters, clown, 2007 and susie. Read more on Last.fm.
