Born in Chicago, IL in 1978, Calvin Chaos was an eclectic post-punk DIY underground artist. The majority of his musical experience came from years involved with the underground diy punk rock scene. Calvin's diy, usually lo-fi, solo projects (X-Patriot and self-titled) have been influenced by genres including new wave, hardcore, hip hop, punk, funk, industrial, and noise. Calvin was also interviewed for the documentary movie; Afropunk, which discussed black involvement in the punk rock scene. Read more on Last.fm.
