Since the release of their first single in 2007 headphone has been topping the charts of Belgium's leading alternative radiostations for weeks. They've had several number 1, top 10 and top 20 hits and their songs have been used in numerous TV shows. Their first album 'GHOSTWRITER' came out in 2008, it's follow-up 'WOODS' 3 years later. 'RIOT', released in 2013, is their third and most recent studio album. 3 albums spawning indie hit-singles ‘Ghostwriter’, ‘She is electric’, ‘Woods’, ‘Yesmen’, ‘Miracles’ and ‘Raincoat’. Marien would never have thought that what started as a solo project back in 2003, in his bedroom in the city of Ghent (Belgium), would grow to be a solid band - Ian Marien (guitar, vocals) , Sander Verstraete (bass), Tom Barbier (guitar), Floris Bogaert (keys) and Jakob Nachtergaele (drums) - playing leading festivals and clubs in Belgium and The Netherlands (Pukkelpop, Lowlands, AB, Vooruit, Paradiso, Melkweg and many more).
