On “GATTI,” Travis Scott and rising Brooklyn rapper Pop Smoke team up for the first time on the JACKBOYS record. On December 23, 2019, a video of Pop Smoke and Travis Scott hanging out in the streets circulated online, featuring a snippet of an unreleased track between the two artists. A day later, UK drill producer 808Melo confirmed a collaboration between the two, revealing that Mike Dean was mastering the track. JACKBOYS is a collective and group of American rappers signed to Travis Scott's Cactus Jack Records, which is made up of Travis Scott, Sheck Wes, Don Toliver, Luxury Tax, SoFaygo and Scott's DJ Chase B. Wallie The Sensei was later signed in preparation for their second album. Their first album was released on December 27, 2019. It features guest appearances from Rosalía, Lil Baby, Quavo, and Offset from the hip-hop trio Migos, Young Thug, and Pop Smoke.
