Junkett is making music since 1996, when he started putting together samples and learning various production techniques. Most of the creative time he spent by making Drum and Bass style music and playing it as a DJ for quite few years around Czech and sometimes abroad as well. He was founding member of DvoikaTroika - a famous Czech culture system putting together producers, DJs and graffiti artists in city of Ostrava at 1999. After some time and visit of the Wilsonic festival in 2007 where first time heard some decent bass music from DMZ kru and DJ Loefah (on a proper massive soundsystem), he instantly fallen for this kind of heavyweight dubstep/bass music. Diving deeper into various different styles growing out from this genre of music he found many interesting influences and styles he like to play and produce. Soon the usual concept of one style party dj set was not enough and Junkett with bunch of similarly thinking friends decided to start a regular night event called Lazytempo. It's main purpose is to play a multigenre selection of music not tied by any boundaries. Read more on Last.fm.
