Kaliopi Bukle (Macedonian: Ка­ли­о­пи Букле, born 28th December 1966 in Kičevo, Macedonia), professionally known as Kaliopi, is a Macedonian singer, song-writer, and musician. She showed her interest in music at young age and continued her road to stardom. It is commonly accepted, that it is her destiny to be a star. She confirms it as a very little girl when she has first solo performance on the most famous Macedonian children song festival Zlatno slavejce, in 1976 she won the first place. This little star today shines in its full radiance and glow. Today she is a Macedonian pop-star Kaliopi Bukle. Once she felt the domestic fame, Kaliopi in period of two years to travel through Czech Republic, Slovenia and Austria and to feel definitively the magic of the stage, the beauty of the music absolutely. Since the moments of her begining until today the awards, hits, albums and concerts are pouring in. . The constant ideas make her very popular pop songs composer for domestic and foreign singers, and her music thoughts she also transforms in beautiful ballet and theatre performances. We would mention her courage to start her Traveling throughout Macedonia, and to accomplish 14th consecutive concerts, as well as to sit alone with the piano and the song and to keep your attention for hours. The constant ideas she machinates with, makes her a composer for domestic and foreign singers. And also, her musical thoughts she transforms in beautiful ballet and theatre performances. In September 2005, Kaliopi released an album called Me, Isadora, which contained musical pieces that Kaliopi composed herself based on the impression of the love story from the Russian poet Sergei Yesenin and American ballerina Isadora Duncan. Kaliopi officially released 3 solo albums: Oboi Me - 1999, Ako Denot Mi E Nok - 2001 & Ne Mi Go Zemaj Vremeto - 2003. Currently working on her new solo album called Zelim Ti Reci (I Want To Tell You) who she is working with Darko Dimitrov, like all previous albums from 2001.
