Leotrix, real name Ethan Wright, is a bass music producer currently based in Sydney, New South Wales. Leotrix produces music in a variety of styles, including tearout, future riddim, and deep dubstep. Leotrix began producing jungle and electronica in the mid 2010s, eventually transitioning to future bass with his self-released Arrowhead EP in 2017. However, he shortly moved to making dubstep and it was the label debut Hive EP on Never Say Die: Black Label, of significant note is the first track Hive Bounce, which cemented Leotrix as an up and comer in the dubstep and bass music scenes. Leotrix has gone on to hone his craft, being a pioneer of the future riddim genre and releasing a multitude of singles and EPs through a variety of labels, such as Never Say Die (the latter two releasing on the main label, Never Say Die Records), Disciple: Round Table, Disciple Recordings, Night Mode, Gud Vibrations, Pilot, UKF, Monstercat, and Cyclops Recordings. A few of his tracks are also collaborations with other icons of bass music such as IMANU, Dirty Audio, The Caracal Project and Coki.
