Mindwebs was a sci-fi radio program broadcast from 1976-1983. The series described itself as speculative fiction. The 146 episodes were audio plays dramatized from stories found in science fiction and fantasy magazines. Stories ranged from pure sci-fi, the macabre, psychological thrillers, and horror. Authors included Ray Bradbury and Arthur C. Clarke. The show is reminiscent to Rod Serling's The Twilight Zone in in its use of science fiction and fantasy to confront contemporary social issues in an allegorical fashion.
