Born on september 4th 1982. as Dragan Milenkovic in the city of Novi Sad (Serbia). As soon as he got his first computer he became interested in electronic music. In 1996. inspired by music of, than breaking through band, the Prodigy he started making forms of techno, house, psy trance etc. At the age of 15 he started playing house in Novi Sad Clubs. That didn't last for long because all the house music started to sound the same. Then came the big wave of foreign influences and music genres with the first exit festival. That's the first time he heard drum'n'bass live and in all it's glory. After a couple of years of listening to drum n bass only on the exit he realised that he wanted to hear it more often than once a year. So he started collecting, producing & mixing it. In 2005 he made his first appearance as DJ MONDEN non the less but on the exit fest (in cooperation with techno DJs from Belgrade, i must add, not with his city collegues from Novi Sad, no way with all that smugness). He took his brother Dusan Milenkovic (MC FATBOYDUCK changed to DEADBOY) and his friend Marko Djurovic (MC MARE changed to DJ BLOWPRSH) with him as MCs. So the three of them made a first unrehersed appearance and put up quite a show.Than that crew needed a name, and ILLEGAL OPERATIONS was born in the basement of Novi Sad's student cultural center (IZBA).
