Nightbeat may either be (1) a chiptune musician or (2) a radio drama series. (1) Nightbeat is Carl Larsson, an emerging chipmusician from Sweden. An artist in the truest sense, he produces his own music as well as his own visual art works, including the graphic design of his own webpage. For several years, he composed chiptunes as part of the demo group Razor 1911. His music has a more orchestral feel than many of his fellow chipmusicians. Frank Lovejoy starred as Randy Stone, a reporter who covered the nightbeat for the Chicago Star, encountering criminals and troubled souls.
